Hanhe Culture is a comprehensive art structure that, in response to the demands of social development, takes the shaping of cultural power as its main focus and business development direction, with contemporary art as its core content and providing customized solutions. Adhering to the principle of basing on China's local culture, relying on the advantageous art resources at home and abroad, promoting art exchanges between China and foreign countries, and exploring and practicing the ecological value of the new art industry.
Hanhe Culture was reorganized and established in 2016, inheriting the Hanzang Culture founded by its founder, Ms. Sun Qian, in 2000.
Headquartered in Beijing, it has offices or branches in Shanghai, Fuliang County, Jingdezhen City, Nanhai District, Foshan City, as well as in Tokyo and Echigo-Tsumari, Japan.
It was once awarded the title of one of the first batch of "China's Honest Gallery" units by the Ministry of Culture. The main initiating and vice president unit of the Artwork Branch of the China Culture and Entertainment Industry Association under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
With over 20 years of professional accumulation and industry reputation, Hanhe Culture, based on traditional forms in the art field, has responded to the demands of social development by being the first to propose the concept of "artistic creation" and the concept and method of "field curation", and has summarized the model and methodology of "regional art festivals". And through years of practice, it has gathered high-quality creator resources both at home and abroad. With art as the main thread, it expands to the fields of creative design and cultural content production, covering contemporary artists, architects, designers, musicians, dancers, photographers, cartoonists and illustrators, cultural scholars, and interdisciplinary fields, etc. We have collaborated with over 400 outstanding creators from China and around the world, covering more than 30 countries and regions.
As an official partner of the Echigo-Tsumari Land Art Festival, Hanhe Culture, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China, the China Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the Chinese Embassy in Japan, has carried out multi-field exchanges and cooperation between China and Japan through the "Land Art Festival" as a bond. At the invitation of the Ministry of Culture, it participated in the first China International Import Expo and introduced the "Land Art Festival" model. Hanhe Culture has been continuously focusing on the implementation of the "Art in China - Land Art Festival China Project" in China, which is currently the company's core business. Regional art festivals contribute to local development and international connections. Over the past decade, Hanhe Culture has been promoting the "going global and bringing in" of culture with the power of the people, bringing China's outstanding art and culture to the international stage, and at the same time introducing advanced overseas experience to facilitate cultural interaction.
Hanhe Culture is not only a promoter of cultural undertakings, but also an innovator of models and a creator of content. Taking regional art festivals as a model, it has formed a local work system of "artistic creation". Regional art festivals are positioned as "urban system projects led by culture". Through cultural shaping, they are oriented towards solving practical problems and follow the principles of "locality, comprehensiveness, and sustainable development". They revolve around elements such as "government guidance, cultural exploration, on-site curation, industrial innovation, and social co-creation". Serve local cultural construction and urban brand building. The projects that have been successfully carried out so far include "Art in Fuliang" in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province and "Art in Qiaoshan - Nanhai Land Art Festival" in Foshan, Guangdong Province, which have been widely recognized and have formed the Fuliang model and the Nanhai model.
